Homeschool PE Classes (13-17 yr)

For the majority of kids, by the time they become teenagers, they have learned and relied upon cardiovascular exercise as the singular way to be fit. But as the body matures and hormones change the body now requires an increase in strength & muscle development. This is best achieved through weight training. This class will add upon knowledge already instilled and provide a variety of ways to challenge & condition the muscles.
