Red Hot Apple Pie – Hungry Girl

Tonight for dessert… I made one of my favorite Hungry Girl treats! Red Hot Apple Pie in a mug!

Here’s what you will need: 1 medium apple (cored and cut into 1/2 inch cubes), 15 red hots, 1/2 sheet of low fat cinnamon graham cracker, 2 T fat free cool whip, dash of cinnamon.

Place apple cubes in a microwave safe cup or mug. Top with red hots… cover and microwave for 2 minutes.

Stir well, Re-cover and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, until apple cubes are soft.

Mix well. Let cool.

Top with crushed graham crackers, cool whip, and cinnamon. So yummy!!!
