This is a match made in heaven… I love oatmeal and I love chocolate! MMMmmm!

This is a low calorie breakfast idea that comes in at 170 cals.

Start by bringing 1 cup of water to a boil…

Add 1/2 cup of Old Fashioned Quaker Oats…

Turn the heat down to medium and let the oatmeal simmer for 5 minutes.

Transfer the oatmeal to your bowl and add 2 T fat free hot cocoa mix….

Stir until creamy and then enjoy this delicious oatmeal! 😉
